How care works

REHAB SHOULD BUILD TOWARD THE THING YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO DO.

Jason uses a strength and conditioning approach to connect clinical care with the work patients need outside the treatment room. Sessions can include progressive strength work, plyometrics, sport-specific drills, and graduated return-to-play exposure.

Manual therapy, dry needling, and ARPwave may be used when they serve the plan. They support the larger process rather than replacing the strength, capacity, and sport preparation needed for a lasting result.

“Jason understood all my concerns and even took into account the goals I want to achieve. He helped me get strength back and avoid surgery.”
