How care works

REHAB SHOULD BUILD TOWARD THE THING YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO DO.

Dylan combines physical therapy with a strength and conditioning background. Sessions move beyond symptom relief into the loading, training, and sport exposure required for a durable return.

For throwing athletes, that can include strength testing, workload management, return-to-throw programming, mechanical constraint drills, mound progressions, and full-effort bullpens. For other injuries, the same standard applies: measure what matters and prepare for the real task ahead.

“Dylan brought my arm back to life when I worked with him at Driveline Baseball. I came to him with a minor UCL sprain and he got me back to full health stronger than before.”
