How we work

REHAB BUILT AROUND THE DEMANDS YOU NEED TO HANDLE.

Pain tells us where to start. Your goal tells us how far the plan needs to go.

WHAT GUIDES THE PLAN

Good rehab should make sense in the context of your week. We account for the work you cannot avoid, the training you want to keep, and the level you need to reach when care ends.

01

KEEP USEFUL TRAINING IN PLACE

An injury may change an exercise, a workload, or part of the week. We look for what you can keep doing while the injured area catches up.

02

GIVE THE FULL VISIT TO ONE PATIENT

Your physical therapist stays with you for the appointment. The assessment, treatment, loading, and decisions all happen with the same clinician.

03

MEASURE THE THINGS THAT MATTER

Range of motion, force, workload, speed, and sport exposure help us decide what should change next. Progress should have more behind it than a date on the calendar.

04

PREPARE FOR THE REAL DEMAND

The later stages should resemble the job, lift, practice, or competition waiting for you. A comfortable clinic exercise is only one step in that process.
