CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

One six-week structure covers two stages. Your evaluation determines which stage fits and what needs to happen before the next one begins.

REMOTE REHAB

Start here for pain, injury, or post-surgical recovery. The plan addresses symptoms, motion, strength, tissue loading, and the criteria required before throwing begins.

REMOTE RETURN TO THROW

Start here once the arm is ready to throw. We manage throwing volume, intensity, symptoms, recovery, flat-ground work, mound progression, and readiness for full-effort bullpens.

Baseball development comes next. Pitch design, hitting instruction, command training, velocity-development blocks, and performance motion capture belong with the athlete's team, private coach, or a program such as Driveline Baseball.

Important, state licensure

Clinical telehealth may be available while you are physically located in Washington with Dylan or Florida with Jason. Availability is confirmed before care begins. Nonclinical return-to-throw, strength, and performance programming is reviewed separately.

This is for you if

  • You can complete clinical telehealth with the clinician licensed for your location
  • You can train independently with a written program and remote oversight
  • You need injury rehab or a managed return-to-throw progression
  • You can start with an in-person or telehealth evaluation

It's not for you if

  • You will be outside Washington or Florida during every visit
  • You need frequent hands-on treatment or daily supervision
  • You want someone in the room for every workout
  • Your main goal is pitch design, hitting instruction, command, or velocity development

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your program stays current for six weeks, with feedback and support between visits.

Individualized six-week program

Built for your sport, injury status, and equipment access, with changes as you progress.

Video form review

Send exercise and throwing video for clinical review, feedback, and program changes.

Message-based coaching

Questions between sessions get answered. You're not guessing your way through the plan.

Optional telehealth check-ins

HOW IT WORKS

Start with a 75-minute in-person evaluation and first treatment, or a 45-minute telehealth intake and evaluation. Current patients can continue without another evaluation.

Your six-week program covers exercise selection, dosage, progression, and changes throughout the block. Video review and messaging help us respond between visits.

Add a 30-minute or 45-minute telehealth check-in whenever you need a deeper review.
