WHAT THESE TECHNOLOGIES DO

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and software that reads or writes information on a device. They may remember a choice, keep a temporary estimate available, measure a tool's use, or support security.

TECHNOLOGIES USED ON THE SITE

• Site preferences. Local storage may remember that you dismissed an announcement or made another interface choice.
• Estimate session storage. If you build a care and cost estimate, the Site can keep the estimate and its delivery status in the current browser session so it can follow you into scheduling. Session storage normally clears when that browser session ends.
• Vercel Web Analytics. When enabled, this service measures aggregate page views and selected Site actions. Query strings and page fragments are removed before an event is sent. We do not attach form fields, appointment details, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or clinical information to analytics events. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free.
• Cherry financing widget. The Site loads a native Cherry financing tool. The widget creates anonymous browser identifiers in local storage and sends widget events and device information to Cherry and its service providers, including Segment. If you open the tool or apply for financing, Cherry may collect more information under the Cherry Privacy Policy.

META AND ADVERTISING TRACKERS

Athletic Potential does not place Meta Pixel on the Site, use Meta Conversions API, or use Site technology to send browsing or scheduling activity to Meta. The Site also does not load Google Analytics.

Ads and lead forms shown inside Facebook or Instagram operate on Meta's platform. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies there under its own privacy policy. Those are Meta platform activities, not cookies placed on this Site by Athletic Potential.

NETWORK AND SERVER DATA

Hosting and security infrastructure processes ordinary request data such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested page, date and time, referrer, cache information, and security or error records. Server processing can occur without placing a cookie on your device. Booking safeguards use short-lived hashed records on the server rather than storing your contact details in the booking lock.

YOUR CONTROLS

Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking storage may cause the estimate handoff, interface preferences, or the Cherry tool to stop working as expected.

The Site does not use Meta Pixel or Meta advertising cookies. The Cherry tool is an embedded third-party financing service and follows Cherry's controls and policy. We will update this page and add a consent process if our tracking practices change in a way that requires one.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may revise this Cookie Policy when the Site, its tools, or applicable law changes. The revised Policy will appear here with a new effective date.
