ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to athleticpotentialpt.com (the “Site”), including its public forms and other interactive features. It forms part of the Site's Terms of Service.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site to:

  • Violate applicable law or facilitate unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or authority, or submit false contact information.
  • Submit threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Submit medical details, emergency requests, or other sensitive information through a form that does not request that information.
  • Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, malicious code, corrupted data, or other harmful material.
  • Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, networks, data, or Site functions without authorization.
  • Probe, scan, test, circumvent, or defeat a security, authentication, access-control, rate-limit, or abuse-prevention measure without prior written authorization.
  • Interfere with the Site's availability, security, performance, or ordinary operation, including through excessive or automated requests.
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, index, or extract Site content or personal information by automated means, except for ordinary indexing by public search engines or as expressly authorized in writing.
  • Infringe or misappropriate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Use callback or subscription forms to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

ENFORCEMENT

Athletic Potential may restrict or block access, reject submissions, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate action in response to suspected misuse. We may report conduct to service providers or government authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or Site security. This Policy does not create an obligation to monitor every use of the Site.

AUTHORIZED SECURITY RESEARCH

Do not test the Site for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization that identifies the permitted scope and method. To report a suspected vulnerability, contact us without including patient information or unnecessary personal data.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in the Site, security practices, or applicable law. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
