Athlete training in controlled progression

Transitional Training

FROM CLEARED TO ACTUALLY READY.

Most rehab (including good rehab) ends at clearance, because the insurance model reimburses to functional milestones, not to game speed. The months between cleared-to-play and ready-to-play are where most re-injuries happen. Transitional training is the structured bridge across that gap: built into our rehab plans from day one, and available on its own if you finished rehab elsewhere.

WHO IT'S FOR.

  • You got cleared at the end of rehab (ours or anyone's) but you know you're not ready for full competition load
  • You have the movement, but not the volume. Or the volume, but not the intensity
  • You tried returning to your sport and something felt off: stiffness, hesitation, a scare
  • You want structured training guidance during the bridge period, not a guess-and-check return

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.

A program, not a test day

One-off return-to-sport testing tells you where you stand on a given day. What actually carries you through the months-long bridge period (where most re-injuries happen) is the structured training between those tests, and that's what we deliver.

Sport-specific progression

Whatever your sport demands (cutting, sprinting, jumping, throwing, heavy lifting) we build the ramp from 50% of that to 100%, in a controlled environment.

Objective benchmarks

Advancement is based on benchmarks, not the calendar alone. Strength symmetry, hop tests, agility metrics, and sport-specific movement quality all help guide progression.

Mental re-engagement

Physical and mental readiness do not always return at the same pace. A structured environment can help rebuild confidence alongside physical capacity.
