Training Designed For You

The Performance Training program is grounded in the Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model, benefiting from dual expertise as a physical therapist and former strength coach. This approach ensures optimized scheduling that fits seamlessly into your busy life, gradual progression tailored to your specific stage, and built-in injury prevention exercises specific to your sport or lifestyle to keep you healthy and performing at your best.

This program is also perfect for athletes who have completed rehabilitation with me and wish to continue progressing. It offers a smooth transition from rehab to advanced performance training, ensuring you maintain and build on the gains achieved during your recovery.
